The Educational Department of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, together with the General Secretariat of Religion of the Ministry of Education and Religion of Greece and the Volos Academy of Theological Studies held an online seminar on the 7th of September 2000. Addressing the seminar were the head of the Iranian Embassy’s Educational Department, Dr. Mahnti Komi and the Metropolitan of Volos Ignatios. Agiatolah Tashiri, President of Islamic Dialogue, moderated the discussion. Guest speakers of the seminar were Nicholas Asproylis, Assistant-Director of the Academy of Volos, Fr. Stavros Kofinas, Coordinator of the Patriarchal Network, Sigiet Hasan Eslami Arntakani, Professor of the University of Qom, Iran, and Dr. Nicna, Professor of the School of Medicine of Tehran.
