The medical care of the body and the internal man
I consider the healing of the body, according to us Christians, very difficult and for this reason worthy of even greater honor. Also, [those that practice it] observe very little of what is in depth and deal with external symptoms; while for us, all the therapy and care is done for the man that is hidden within us. Having the need of unsatisfied passions, if bad things are hidden, one will not escape afflicting decay.
